Your Job

• Lead the NPI Engineering team at the manufacturing site and coordinate activities among different design centers for new product introduction.

Our Team

Responsible of, design, costing and validation of tooling and machinery required for manufacture new products from protypes up to series production.

What you Will do


* Coordinate the analysis, design, costing and validation of tooling and machinery required for manufacture new products from protypes up to series production.


* Lead and coach the engineering disciplines under NPI, such as: Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Component Engineering, Automation Engineering, DFx Engineering.


* Act on escalation and conflict resolution during new product launching phases.


* Lead the development of new process technologies and capabilities at the manufacturing site.


* Responsible for NPI Engineering Strategic planning.


* NPI KPI`s accountable for fulfillment


* Lead and promote PBM among direct and indirect reports.

Who you are


* 8 Year experience in related Engineering areas


* Advance knowledge in Manufacturing, NPI or Process Engineering.


* Leadership skills to manage engineering teams during new product introduction phases.


* Program Management knowledge/experience (Budget, Scope and Timing)


* Solid experience negotiating with suppliers.

Tooling and machinery supply base development.


* International Quality Standards knowledge


* APQP methodology knowledge.


* New Product quoting solid experience.


* Experience working with design teams from early stages to serial production (POC, EV, DV, PV) and DVPR.


* Knowledge and experience on DFx.


* Experience with automated manufacturing solution and integrations.


* Expertise in statistical tools applied to manufacturing processes.


* Knowledge and deep understanding of OEM`s way of work

* Advance knowledge of Manufacturing, NPI or Process Engineering.


* Leadership skills to manage engineering teams during new product introduction phases.


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's desired


* English Professional level
