Position Description:

With a site mission of developing effective partnerships to maintain equipment safely and reliably in a qualified state and drive improvements to reduce manufacturing losses, this role will provide reliability and maintenance coordination for the building (1 manufacturing plant and building 2 process development labs) in Elwood, KS.

This position’s main responsibility is to provide technical maintenance support for daily activities and troubleshooting for operations and maintenance.  The reliability engineer will also identify opportunities for continuous improvement including waste reduction, efficiency gains, and improved capability.

They will work closely with the MRO/planner to assist in scheduling. This role will also include the improvement and on-going management of the Maintenance Program revolving around safety & environmental, quality, maintenance performance, operations support, and people.
