Lean & Agile Process Design Coach (m/w/d)

In this role as a Lean and Agile Process Design Coach (m/w/d), you will significantly influence the entire organization by championing lean process optimization and agile methodology adoption.

This position offers the chance to impact a broad range of areas including software development, marketing, manufacturing, retail, and logistics, enhancing organizational efficiency and adaptability.

The ideal candidate will be adept at empowering teams to embrace data-driven decision-making, focusing on defining and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as objectives and key results (OKRs) to drive substantial customer and business value.

What you'll do


* Enhance team efficiency, productivity, and confidence by enabling sustainable organizational change, improving value delivery, and reducing waste.


* Aid teams in achieving greater process transparency and ensure alignment with strategic objectives for measurable outcomes.


* Foster a proactive culture of continuous personal and process improvement.


* Collaborate with our coaching team to align initiatives with company-wide priorities.


* Utilize expertise to ensure the effective achievement of desired outcomes, applying appropriate methods like training, workshops, coaching, and advisory across various scales.

What you bring


* Experienced in lean and agile transformations across large-scale operations (200-300+ individuals) with proven enhancements in efficiency.


* Extensive experience in designing lean processes in complex, cross-functional landscapes, beyond just software teams.


* Skilled in coaching and mentoring large teams, with a focus on significant organizational change and value delivery.


* Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams towards improvement.


* Professional proficiency in German and English at C1 level is required, facilitating effective multinational team collaboration.
