CNC Lathe Machinist (Experienced)

RESPONSIBILITIES: 


* Understand product drawings and can product parts from drawings


* Able to inspect product and threads for conformance to adhere to quality standards


* Reading and understanding gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is properly running


* Perform necessary mathematical calculations to product angles


* Monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action


* Participation in level 3 maintenance, preventative maintenance, and 5S


* Adherence to corporate policies, procedures, practices and specifications


* Adherence to department policies, procedures, practices and specifications


* Adherence to OSHA safety standards, and departmental Lock out Tag out policies


* Operate overhead, and floor crane


* Report all discrepancies to department supervisor


* Perform all other tasks assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:


* High school diploma or GED


* 3+ years’ experience in metal removal on a variety of machines
