Shift Lead Associate

As a Shift Lead Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores.

We’ll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right tech products and solutions for each customer.

By creating a great shopping experience and inspiring people with what’s possible, you’ll help us enrich lives through technology.

What you’ll do



* Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner


* Lead peers during designated shifts in specific skill set areas, in alignment with leadership direction.


* Responsible for in the moment coaching and training the team to be customer obsessed and meet business results by achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets.


* Assisting with scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and validation of employee completed tasks


* Assisting with certification validation, peer to peer coaching and training


* Responsible for partnering cross-functionally to ensure merchandising, inventory and Asset Protection standards are proactively met
