We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for our organisation.

Your responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet our talent needs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the talent acquisition process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


* Preparation of job adverts both internal and external and advertise positions internally on TAELO and externally where appropriate.


* Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify qualified individuals.


* Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for the role.


* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
