Key Responsibilities:


* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and develop personalized treatment plans.


* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, cognitive, and communication abilities.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications:


* Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.


* Current state licensure and relevant certifications.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Passion for working with diverse patient populations.
