Position Summary

Plans and manages Interior Design projects for ERIE owned and leased buildings, ensuring that project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Prepares and contributes to corporate strategic space planning efforts and recommends effective short and long term space utilization solutions.

Project Management/Coordination for FF&E (furniture, fixtures, & equipment) or other assigned facilities projects:Develops and maintains the overall project plan.
