Essential Functions: 


* Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate


* Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each scheduled day.


* Create, update, negotiate and implement payor contracts to comply with state and federal regulations for Hospital, and physician office.

Stays abreast of changing regulations from CMS, insurance commission and other regulatory partners.


* Create and maintain contract terms database.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with contracting staff at insurance companies.


* Respond to payors to assess interest in contracting with Family Health We


* Facilitate development of proposed contract with terms favorable to Family Health West.


* Advise Family Health West on favorable or unfavorable contract terms.
