The Enterprise Finance Applications team within Koch Global Services (KGS) is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Procure-to-Pay product team to support leveraged, enterprise applications across Koch Industries companies.

Our team provides support for leveraged applications and surrounding technology supporting our enterprise Procure-to-Pay business processes.

As we continue to transform the capability, you will be responsible for driving, challenging, and leading continuous improvements to enable customers to effectively utilize and gain additional value from our systems and additional applications.

The Enterprise Finance Applications team is a product centric organization that is aligned to Koch's key finance areas (e.g.

Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Treasury etc.).

What You Will Do


* Develop detailed knowledge of the applications and understand interdependencies to assist in developing and providing long term product solutions.


* Interact and partner with global customers, stakeholders, key technology partners, product teams, and IT teams to do the following:


* Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships, internalize business strategies, and optimize value.


* Actively listen and anticipate customer's future needs and incorporate into team strategies and priorities.


* Have strong initiative to innovate, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that drive efficiencies, enhancements, and automation.


* Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements through various techniques (data analysis, process analysis, use cases, business rules definitions, etc.)


* When needed, help cover support/administrative needs for customers by troubleshooting and using technical and critical thinking skills.


* Have courage to challenge and escalate as necessary, embrace teamwork, be inclusive with differing cultures and opinions, be able to work independently, be reliable and trustworthy.


* Responsible for understanding impacts of releases, patches, integrations, and system updates; Test and validate new system releases and functionality, communicating effectively with customers on changes, and creating documentation when applicable.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience working in applications with business process workflow or implementing IT projects.


* Experience specifically around core capabilities of:
