Workforce Analytics Manager - Remote

As the Workforce Analytics Manager, you will help build and execute the workforce analytics strategy based upon the Global HR Reporting strategy.

As a part of the Global Workforce Analytics team, you will ensure HR data is enabling leadership to manage the business, make decisions, and enable success.

Reporting directly to the Global Workforce Analytics Vice President, you will work within a cross-functional team to deliver, enhance and support reporting and analytics solutions, collaborating with the HR teams supporting reporting Globally as required.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Work closely with VP of Global Workforce Analysts and other key leaders in Corporate as well as C-suite to build-out and deliver a world class HR Workforce Analytics and HR Reporting processes.


* Design and deliver value-add and innovative reports, dashboards, metrics, and analysis, which will support data driven decisions, by partnering with HR Team and functional leaders,


* Ensure alignment with global methodologies, metrics, and KPIs as defined by the Global HR reporting team


* Work in sync with the Global HR reporting team on all major global projects, and be the lead for global corporate functional HR reporting areas (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Commercial, etc.)


* Continuously look for efficiencies and synergies (e.g.

develop tools to automate frequent reports, define business process improvements and automation).


* Partner with the Information Technology team and the Global HR Reporting leader on key deliverables, identifying problems, and recommending solutions.


* Prioritize work, manage incoming requests, and partner with team members to ensure deliverables are up to the highest standards

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* 5 years of relevant work experience


* Significant track record in successfully delivering workforce planning and analytics, including performing analysis and interpretation of large volume of data within an HR function


* In depth understanding and experience of HR processes and organization


* Significant experience working with analytics, familiarity with statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis) and BI tools, and advanced skills in data manipulation and transformation
