We are searching for a motivated & experienced Project Specialist
The Project Specialist will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data relevant to the projects.
They will be supporting the team members and the project manager by creating strategies to help the project stay on schedule and achieve its end goals successfully.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

* Implement, coordinate, execute, control and lead to completion of projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
* Define the needs of the project and assign team members to specific tasks based on departmental roles.
* Takes the leadership, planning, and coordination of projects through effective communication.
* Provide the team with all the resources and tools to effectively collaborate and complete assigned tasks.
* Create project timelines considering internal processes in place and customer’s expectations.
* Responds to all sales team’s inquiries and provides the requested information pertaining to project updates.
* Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
* Communicate directly with customers and relay their needs internally for project execution purposes.
* Schedule Project kick-off calls internally to discuss and layout new projects.
* Prepare agenda and Recaps for all project meetings.
* Maintain project tracking reports for all projects.
* Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Attends company scheduled meetings when applicable (i.e., safety meetings, production meetings, department meetings.).
* Informs supervision of any problems or complications that may arise.
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
* Other duties may be assigned as a normal practice.
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
* Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
* Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
* Must follow all Company Safety policies, as well as all GMP regulations and all lock-out/tag-out requirements according to OSHA requirements.
