We are searching for a motivated & experienced Trade Marketing Associate


* Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing the marketing strategy oriented to FS Channel together with Marketing Director.


* Supporting to Foodservice Sales team with POS materials and presentations for customer meetings and distributors shows.


* Coordinate the different new product campaign annually and being part of the product presentation in front of customers and distributors.


* Coordinate and manage the participation in main Foodservice shows.


* Develops the innovation strategy which consist of launching new product or adapting products to new packaging based on FS market needs, supporting to sales team to achieve the innovation product budget on sales and profitability.


* Coordinate with different departments Marketing projects.

Participate and performs other duties as required.


* Develop new tools for the Sales team and Marketing team.

New templates, strategies and communication.


* Provide regular updates on trends, dynamics and insights.

Segment and category research & Tools.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Product Portfolio Management

+ Innovation development
+ Set expectations of category or SKU (i.e.

Margins, Volume, Core, Loss Leader or Innovation)
+ Identify missing items or innovation (pack or product)
+ Optimal packaging designs to meet customer and operational needs
+ Seasonal Calendars and Product Strategy
+ Provide Marketing key information venue to share techniques and selling successes.

 Trade Management

+ Identify which the best tradeshows and events to participate
+ Manage current customers and targets by segment
+ Refine and rank by opportunity both Volume and Profit
+ Identify existing customers for expand SKU consumption
+ Provide Selling Tools that drive Points of Differentiation
+ have knowledge of the channel and overview by region and relationship

+ Multitasking and proactive activity
+ Segment and category research & Tools
+ Attend Trade shows to garner competitive information and new ideas
+ Be aware and find new trends and ideas of the FS channel
+ Looking for new trends and tools to maintain the Sales team in front of the data market
+ Communication Campaign.
