In your Pricing & Rebates Senior Analyst role, You will be involved in managing the Pricing and Rebates process for UK region, in close collaboration with Order Management, Customer Service and Sales Teams

You will be also responsible for verification of invoices and providing instructions to process subsequent credit notes.

You will be also identifying, tracking and effectively escalating rebate and pricing queries, issues bringing them to resolution and ensuring accounts are up to date and issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

To part of your duties will belong analyzing and negotiating resolution of rebate audit queries received from retailers and partnering with internal and external clients in order to solve queries.

In this role you will be using Pricing systems to log and manage queries and working withing multinational and multilingual Team for EMEA Region.

About you

You love to be involved in verification of invoices and providing instructions to process subsequent credit notes.

Responsibilities:


* You have a work experience connected with sales support, order management, customer service, data analysis or similar would be an asset


* You are able to interpret financial data and analytical mindset


* You are able to work both independently and within the team


* You have a troubleshooting attitude and can focus on solving the problem


* You are fluent in English (both: written and spoken)

This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
