I.               JOB DESCRIPTION

Department:    Flatware

Location:         Various

Reports to:      Department Supervisor

 

II.            STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Place flatware product in conveyor.

III.          RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK OF OTHERS

None

IV.          BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

Must be able to communicate with manager and co-workers.

V.             SUPERVISION REQUIRED

Direct supervision.

 


* EDUCATION REQUIRED

Some education with basic reading and math skills.



* TRAINING AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.

VIII.      EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous production experience, preferred.

IX.          TRAVEL REQUIRED

None



* SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



* Stand in one place and place product in cross-conveyor as it moves by.


* Product then goes through cross conveyor to the main conveyor to be packaged.

* PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.

Bi-manual dexterity required.

The employee occasionally is required to lift up to 50 lbs.
