Job Title: Outlet Retail Associate

About the Position

The Outlet Retail Associate provides excellent customer service by customer engagement, suggestion selling and cashiering in a friendly and professional manner.

Pay Range: $19.97-20.97/hour DOE.

Merit increase after 90-days!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.


* Proactively acknowledge, greet and help customers in any area of the store.

Assist customers/donors in a timely and courteous manner by answering questions or directing them to a supervisor.


* Perform accurate Point of Sale (POS) and cash handling, checks, and credit card procedures.

Responsible for closing out assigned cash drawer and balancing the till at end of shift.


* Merchandise, restock and provide general floor maintenance where needed.


* Assist in tipping of product to bin tables and participate in floor change outs of bin tables.


* Maintain a clean work environment.


* Support team members, assist supervisors as necessary.


* Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.



* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


* Demonstrates safe work practices through awareness and observation in support of a safety culture; reports any potential hazards or accidents.


* Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:


* No previous experience or education required


* Some retail and sales experience helpful


* Ability to read, speak and write Basic English and perform basic math skills


* Ability to work with a diverse team


* Able to communicate through standard telephone and wireless audio systems.
