Your Job

具有高光模具维保经验,能独立处理模具抛光和组立问题;

有一定的模具开发经验,能够系统评估修模方案,报价与交期;

对于模具热流道结构有清晰的了解,可对热流道系统进行拆解组装;

具有汽车行业 IATF16949 质量管理方面的知识,具有主动贡献的团队精神。

What You Will Do



* 参与项目前期的模具开发和产品设计会议,并提出模具优化方案;


* 参与前期试模问题点讨论,持续跟进稳定量产工艺的开发;


* 已量产模具问题点收集并提出改善计划,并跟进改善方案和进度;


* 与修模供应商进行技术细节讨论,评估可行性的修模方案并审核修模报价;


* 主导由于模具故障造成的停机时间改善,持续跟进 PDCA 的落实;


* 培训模具维护技术员抛光技术能力和模具维护保养的能力提升;


* 遵守安全操作规范,参与新模具试模,并提出模具改善对策;


* 对热流道系统进行维护保养,预防和避免热流道系统损坏;


* 维护模具每日预防保养系统数据,分析月度模具报告,提出改善对策;


* 每日巡视模具维护现场 , 及时解决安全隐患,维持良好的 5S 状态;


* 发现模具存在的疑难问题,则主动上报相关无法处理的紧急需求;


* 与修模供应商保持良好的沟通状态,跟进外发修模进度和试产状态;


* 协助主管持续改善生产绩效,积极主动为公司创造价值;


* 服从主管指派的其他工作;定期汇报工作成果;


* 服从 TISAX 样品保密协议要求,能量源管控要求;


* 遵守 IATF16949 及 EHS 体系的规定。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* 本科及以上学历 , 注塑行业 8 年以上 , 精密模具试模或维修经验;


* 至少 5 年欧美外资企业工作经验,有一定的英语口语能力;


* 有注塑高光模具抛光,精密模具配模和热流道系统组立经验;


* 有较强的现场分析问题,解决问题的能力和沟通能力;


* 熟悉办公软件,会使用办公软件和 QC 七大质量分析手法进行质量改进。
