Longstone Manor, Amble at our Persona Homes development

Fixed term contract (6 Months), Full Time (37.5 hpw) 

Basic salary £27,500 per annum plus potential sales bonus of up to £9,000 per annum (£250 per plot sold) and great benefits including Health cash plan saving you c£1170 per annum

Join us in our fantastic role of Sales Executive supporting our customers who are interested in buying one of our newly built Persona homes.  You’ll support all sales activity across our Longstone Manor Persona Homes development in Amble, ensuring that every contact is maximised, with no sales opportunities missed. 

You’ll be selling our outright sale and shared ownership homes from 2-4 bedroom detached homes with lots of variety on house styles and sites.  If you fancy working alongside our brilliant team who are silver winners for best house at the What House Awards 2018 (bronze in 2017) then join us. 

Typical day as a Sales Executive


* Providing outstanding customer service sales assistance, building strong relationships with potential customers and being our expert on our developments, house types and features. 


* Carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progress sales.  You will be with our customers every step of the way, working hard on their behalf to help their dream home become a reality.  


* You’ll help us to ensure quality standards are always adhered to, including checks on unsold houses and customer completion demonstrations.

  


* Selling all houses on our developments ahead of planned timescales with customers recommending us to family and friends.

You bring


* Previous experience of selling homes or working within a relevant estate agency/sales environment, achieving sales targets.


* Experience of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through developing great relationships.


* You’ll be a great influencer, get where our customers are in their lives and have creative spark. 


* We’ll need you to travel around our sites, so you’ll have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Our team

You’ll be reporting to Alison, our North East Sales Manager, working alongside our regional sales team, who work together to hit our sales targets and delight our customers. 

 Job details


* You'll be required to work 37.5 hours per week. Tuesday to Saturday.

     


* Working from the sales suite at Longstone Manor, Amble.


* You must be able to use technology for updating records on our various systems including CRM, keeping our customers updated, completing online learning and collaborating with colleagues.
