Work Schedule :

60% FTE, day shift.

No weekends, no holidays, no call.

Hours are based off the operational needs of the department.

You will primarily work onsite at the University Hospital, Madison, WI.

Other locations may include UW Health Arbor Gate Heart Clinic, UW Health East Madison Hospital, and Research Park Clinic.

This position is primarily onsite.

Regional travel may be required but will be infrequent.

Education :

Minimum - Associate Nursing Degree (ADN)

Preferred - Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN)

Work Experience :

Minimum - Three (3) years of nursing experience with emphasis on cardiovascular patient care, including telemetry monitoring

Preferred -


* Five (5) years of relevant clinical knowledge


* Five (5) years of experience in a multiple cardiac setting - EP lab, Cardiac Cath lab, or ICU

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum -


* Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care of may work as eligible per state licensing regulations


* Basic Life Support/CPR


* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
