This role involves defining, optimizing, and aligning business processes with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodology applied at scale, business process management (BPM), strategic planning, and technology alignment.

* Product Centric Software Delivery
+ Help transform software development into a product-centric approach that delights users and drives business success
+ Aligning development efforts with product goals
+ User centric mindset considering personas and customer journey maps


* Agile Software Delivery
+ A deep understanding of iterative delivery and scrum  processes
+ Understanding of the agile scale of work and taxonomy


* Business Process Frameworks and Taxonomies:
+ Develop and maintain business process frameworks and taxonomies.
+ Standardize process definitions and terminology across the organization.


* Strategic Alignment:
+ Collaborate with business leaders to align capability investments with a clear vision and measurable goals.
