As our new Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for driving complete customer satisfaction through a customer first attitude within our EMEA Implementation Team.

You will be working with an international team to onboard our EMEA based clients onto our Managed Service.   

As an Implementation Consultant you will define and deliver EDI solutions via our Managed Service platform to satisfy the agreement and to ensure a satisfied customer, managing projects directly with the client or in collaboration with a project manager and provide management updates.  

Process improvement and working to tight time schedules as part of a team are essential and key parts of this role.   

This is a HYBRID role. 

The Implementation Consultant will focus on:  

Project Implementation  


* Working with colleagues and our clients, define and agree an EDI solution that meets both the needs of the clients and the requirements of the contract.  


* Deliver projects in line with client requirements and timeline.  


* Maintain all projects records.

Including but not limited to: NetSuite, Wiki and Smartsheet.  


* Create and maintain all project documentation including client side and other wiring diagrams as needed.   

Support the continuous improvement of our Managed Service and implementation processes 


* Work with other teams to identify and implement improvements.  


* Identify and suggest possible improvements for procedures and solutions.  


* Encourage feedback from customers and colleagues on how to improve delivery 

Requirements for success:  


* Detailed EDI knowledge and experience of delivering effective EDI solutions.  


* Ability to prioritise workload in accordance with overall company and project objectives.  


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in an international environment  


* Ability to keep organised and multi-task.  


* Structured time management skills and committed to achieving targets.  


* Working with Customers, staff and projects of varying sizes and complexity.  


* The ability to interact with key stakeholders and manage customer concerns and escalations.  


* Problem solving and investigative skills; finding creative solutions while considering the impact to all parties.
