Level I:  $21.54 - $28.03 Hourly

Level II:  $23.70 - $30.82 Hourly

Level III:  $28.13 - $37.98 Hourly

Level IV:  $30.96 - $41.83 Hourly

The City of Greeley is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our Fleet Services Division in the Public Works Department.  The Maintenance Mechanic will report to the Equipment Maintenance Foreman and will perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections, use diagnostic skills and equipment to inspect, repair and/or rebuild components and sub-components of the City of Greeley vehicles and equipment.  The successful candidate will help rebuild and fabricate parts, assist with parts inventory, track, and order parts, keep accurate records, and maintain facility, equipment, and tools.

Generally, the Mechanic will work on automobiles, and/or light equipment, heavy duty trucks, construction equipment, specialty vehicles such as Fire trucks, and equipment.

The Mechanic will participate in weekly rotations and an on-call schedule consisting of a week at a time.
