Milk Specialties Global is an industry-leading manufacturer of innovative dairy-based nutritional ingredients designed to optimize health and nutrition.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to be based out of our facility in Adell, WI. This role has a starting salary of $75,000.

The Maintenance Supervisor has the responsibility for directing shift personnel in the upkeep of all building and equipment maintenance programs including preventive maintenance as well as installing, inspecting, diagnosing and repairing equipment at the facility.

Ideal candidates would have 5-10 years previous industrial maintenance experience.  2-3 years previous supervisory experience.  Exceptional project management, analytical and problem solving skills.  Excellent communication and organizations skills.  Strong knowledge of computer software applications.

In addition to a Bachelors degree or Equivalent in Industrial Maintenance or related, Electrical Degree or equivalent.
