In this role, you will:
Own design and execution of FP&A analytics and SC Finance data lake capabilities:
* Build a data lake for SC Finance and FP&A data for self-service analytics consumption.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement FP&A analytics plans.
* Manage the FP&A domain expertise in the team to build and deliver scalable solutions.
* Own and manage detailed financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and business trends.
* Lead and mentor a team of finance and analytics professionals.
Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
* Manage SC Finance and Value Stream data needs for Finance and SC analytics.
* Drive the strategy and direction of operational and analytics reporting from Financial Analysis and Planning/Forecasting standpoint.
