In this role, you will:


* Support the implementation of a governance model and cross-functional strategic planning programs to enable alignment and executive decision making.


* Manage and implement long-range planning framework and processes to connect long-term strategy to annual operating plan.


* Enable and optimize the annual operating plan process in partnership with FP&A and technology and Data & Analytics teams.


* Enable the senior leadership team in the prioritization and governance of initiatives and programs to ensure attainment of our long-term strategy.


* Develop and prepare roll-up view of key planning deliverables (e.g.

LRP, OKR, AOP) for senior leadership team to make informed decisions.


* Optimize and enable a common dependency management, intake and quarterly planning process in partnership with other functional portfolio leaders and technology stakeholders.


* Support the creation of job families and other deliverables to stand up and enable Portfolio Governance and Planning function.


* Develop and iterate innovative program management methodologies and frameworks.


* Partner with other functional portfolio leaders, teams and technology stakeholders to co-create a standard and consistent governance model.
