Provides oversight on facilities' weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients.
Tracks and monitors facility effective utilization of PDPM tools (including but not limited to Physician Diagnosis Verification, Admission/Discharge CSR(GG), Weekly CSR, PDPM Weekly Tracking Tool, Point Right).
Tracks and monitors QM and QASP performance monthly and quarterly and provides data analysis and clinical recommendations for facility for optimum outcomes.
Provides PDPM and MDS training to new MDS Coordinators.
Assesses and determines the health status and level of care of all new admissions.
Ensures the accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, significant change.

Job Summary
Supports multiple brands and channels within the Reser’s Fine Foods portfolio. Develops creative assets across multiple formats, including print, photography, video, packaging, and more. Collaborates with brand & channel teams, agency partners, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure creative output is aligned with brand standards and consistent across all platforms.
Essential Position Functions:
• Ensures all elements of projects meet creative brief standards.
• Key point of contact between internal teams and freelancers/agency partners, providing creative guidance and clear, consolidated feedback on projects.
• Creates point of sale materials, branded and private label packaging, videos, photography, tags, sell sheets, advertising creative, etc.

• Closely collaborates with Marketing, Project Management, and Purchasing to ensure timely and accurate communication about and delivery of all projects.
