Position Summary

Terrasmart is hiring a Compliance Manager to join the Finance Team, reporting to the VP of Finance.

This role ensures compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and manages documentation for customers, vendors, and governing authorities.

Key responsibilities include:


* Understanding and implementing IRA provisions related to Domestic Content, Prevailing Wage, and Advanced Manufacturing Production tax credits.


* Developing policies for compliance, including recordkeeping and documentation reviews.


* Collaborating with various departments to maintain compliance support materials and verify project-related data.


* Managing all IRA-related projects from pre-contract to post-execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.


* Acting as the primary point of contact for IRA-related customer inquiries and concerns.


* Monitoring compliance status, preparing reports for management, and coordinating with government entities as needed.

Qualifications:


* 5-10 years of experience in compliance or administrative roles.


* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations.


* Excellent communication and presentation skills.


* Experience with Davis Bacon Act compliance and domestic content procurement preferred.


* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Law, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MRP/ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence tools; familiarity with Epicor, Salesforce, and PowerBI is a plus.

* This will be a Hybrid position.

Work will take place both in-office (in Cincinnati, OH or Fort Myers, FL), and remotely.


* Candidates must currently live within a commutable distance of either Cincinnati, OH or Fort Myers, FL to be considered for this opportunity.
