Was Du tun wirst
Zur Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams mit Sitz in Neuss suchen wi r eine/n Key Account Analyst (m/w/d) zur Betreuung unserer Kunden, um tagtäglich unsere Konsumenten mit starken Marken wie o.b., Penaten, Listerine und Neutrogena zu versorgen.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
• Abwicklung der administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft von Handelskunden und Abstimmung mit internen Ansprechpartnern zur Gewährleistung einer optimalen Kundenbetreuung.
• Bearbeitung von externen und internen Anfragen, Pflege von Umsatz- und Absatzstatistiken, Erstellen von Konditionsblättern und Artikelpässen und Koordination der Absatzplanung.
• Analyse von kunden- und kanalspezifischen Fragestellungen als Entscheidungsunterstützung der Account Manager durch Nutzung interner externer Tools sowie Durchführung von Potential-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen.
• Mitarbeit bei der Festlegung von Maßnahmen zur Verkaufsförderung, beim kundenspezifischen Planungsprozess und im Budgetcontrolling.
• Unterstützung der Account Manager bei der Betreuung, Steuerung und Koordination von Handelskunden sowie eigenständige Betreuung kleinerer Handelskunden.

O que você fará
Atuar no atendimento do setor de drogarias com foco nos produtos de dermocosméticos (Neutrogena e Neostrata)., Baby e Listerine.
Realizar atendimentos aos pontos de vendas das principais redes de drogarias da região, com manutenção, organização, abordagens, treinamentos e engajamento das marcas.
Responsabilidades:
Ø Garantir o incremento de sell out mediante a engajamento e planos estratégicos para cada ponto de venda;
Ø Trabalhar o relacionamento com o staff do ponto de venda, orientando e treinando para que estejam engajados com nossas marcas; "Visão de influência"
Ø Entregar o alvo mensal de sell-out definido para os clientes trabalhando cada marca no detalhe.

The Associate Category Insights Manager is a critical role on the Kenvue-Walmart Team; responsible for building, developing, and leading a partnership with Walmart as a Category Captain.
