Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation or performing other research related to escrow and title closings.

Job Description
The Production Engineer will support various gas turbine component repairs for OEM customers.
The Production Engineer will lead the effort to onboard new applied coating process equipment for base and main coatings. They'll guide process improvement efforts for coating application and post-coat machining operations.
Responsibilities:
* Execute a plan to successfully achieve production readiness for all process equipment within the process cell.
* Contribute and lead efforts to design, manufacture, and implement process tooling, fixtures, and gauging required to support process cell.
* Support the training of all employees on the operation, maintenance, and control of the equipment.
* Support maintenance in the development and implementation of a robust preventative maintenance program for each piece of process equipment.
* Create process documentation including, but not limited to, equipment operation instructions, product work instructions, training programs, calibration instructions, process specification, and quality data records.
* Support engineering activities associated with Enterprise Resource Planning tool (EPICOR) implementation.
Production support responsibilities:
* Participate in Kaizen and Green Belt events.
* Implement Six Sigma and DMAIC skills to problem solve and improve processes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering or other science-based discipline (i.e.
Materials, Chemistry, Physics) is required
* 5+ years of experience as an Engineer in a lean manufacturing environment, preferable in gas turbine manufacturing
* Direct experience in gas turbine component coating applications
* Working knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Siemens NX.
* Robotic programming experience is preferred
* Ability to access, read, and follow PLC logic and perform basic troubleshooting efforts is preferred
