Objetivo del Rol:
Responsable de realizar proyectos eléctricos de soluciones contenerizadas con equipos tales como: Centros de Control de Motores, equipos de Media Tensión y Baja Tensión, siguiendo criterios técnicos específicos y asegurando que los documentos emitidos sean debidamente controlados y distribuidos.
¿Cuáles serían algunas de sus responsabilidades?
• Asegurar todos los aspectos técnicos de soluciones para aplicaciones de equipos de media y baja tensión.
• Apoyar al Líder Técnico del proyecto en la elaboración de soluciones alternativas y resolución de problemas técnicos.
• Crear especificaciones técnicas para la compra de equipos a proveedores externos.
• Analizar propuestas técnicas de diversos proveedores de acuerdo con la especificación del proyecto.
• Apoyar en el diseño eléctrico de Salas Eléctricas.
• Apoyar al Líder Técnico en la verificación, aprobación, distribución y validación de proyectos/documentos técnicos.
• Apoyar con las diversas interfaces técnicas con proveedores.
Soporte técnico de ingeniería para obra y puesta en marcha.
• Apoyar al Líder Técnico en la búsqueda de soluciones técnicas acordes a lo vendido y a las necesidades del cliente, verificando interferencias.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas técnicas de Schneider y de los clientes.
Qualifications
¿Tiene estas experiencias y cualificaciones clave?
• Formación profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Electrónica o a fines.
• Experiencia previa en proyectos de Salas Eléctricas y/o Subestación, mínimo 3 años de experiencia.
• Analizar diagramas unifilares e identificar equipos de MT y BT.
• Dimensionamiento de UPS, Rectificadores, tablero de distribución y Driver para control de motores.
• Conocimiento de filosofías de SWGs, CCMs y transferencias.
• Conocimientos básicos en redes de comunicación, control y SCADA Eléctrico.
• Conocimiento en dimensionamiento de cables.
• Capacidad para analizar estudios eléctricos.
• Conocimiento en Autocad.

Location: Southbury, CT
Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of process improvement, systems, and technology projects aimed at improving performance.
This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
The Project Manager will also handle a variety of special projects that support Premier Financial Service’s strategic initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to achieve superior execution of projects.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget and with proper documentation and training needed for new systems and processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for the projects and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to management.
Performance Monitoring
• Monitor project progress, collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve future project performance.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Systems and Technology Implementation
• Oversee the implementation and integration of new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Collaborate with 1st Financial Bank IT, Thrive and other departments to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and training are provided for new systems and processes.
Risk and Issue Management
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Work with leadership team to address and resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on project deliverables.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
