Vos missions :
Sous la supervision du responsable Conformité et Gestions des Risques, l'alternant(e) participera notamment à la :
Conformité et réglementation
* Suivi des obligations réglementaires applicables aux mutuelles
* Contribution aux travaux liés à DORA (cartographie des risques IT, suivi des prestataires, documentation)
* Appui aux actions de conformité RGPD (procédures, registres, sensibilisation)
Gestion des risques
* Participation à la mise à jour de la cartographie des risques
* Contribution à l'identification, l'analyse et le suivi des risques
* Aide à la formalisation des plans d'actions
Contrôle interne
* Participation à l'élaboration et au suivi du plan de contrôle interne
* Réalisation de contrôles de 1er ou 2nd niveau
* Rédaction de comptes rendus, synthèses et tableaux de suivi
Reporting et documentation
* Contribution aux reportings
* Appui à la rédaction et à la mise à jour de procédures et modes opératoires
* Aide à la préparation des comités et instances internes
Profil :
Bac + 4/5 Master en Spécialités : Droit des Assurances, Droit protection sociale Santé, conformité, management des assurances gestion des risques.
Langues : Français / Anglais (minimum B2)
Outils : outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Des connaissances ou une première expérience en droit de l'assurance santé, Solvabilité 2 et DORA seraient un plus.
