We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mold Maintenance Technician to join our team in the EPS foam molding industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for the changing, cleaning, troubleshooting, and repair of aluminum and steel molds used in EPS molding equipment such as shape molders and block molders.
The ideal candidate has experience with steam and vacuum systems, understands EPS processing, and is committed to ensuring the reliability and performance of critical mold tooling in a high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot mold issues including poor venting, misalignment, sticking parts, flash, and inconsistent part fill.
* Inspect, clean, and repair mold vents, steam chambers, and fill guns.
