2) Améliorer la compétitivité
* Co-animer avec les Opérations/Industrialisation/Supply Chain/Qualité/Achats les plans de productivité (lean, rendement, déchets/scrap, maintenance, efficacité énergétique),
* Co-piloter Make-versus-Buy, footprint, automatisation, utilisation de capacité ; quantifier ROI et suivre les bénéfices,
* Instaurer la transparence des coûts par famille/flux de valeur ; identifier les loss trees et piloter des roadmaps CI,
* Outiller les échanges prix/transfer price (cost-to-serve et analyse de marge),
* Suivre la pipeline d'économies (validées/sécurisées/reconnues) avec une gouvernance robuste.
3) Optimiser le Cash (Capex & Inventaires)
* Animer la gouvernance Capex : plan aligné à la stratégie et à la roadmap de productivité ; forecast de dépréciations,
* Construire les business cases (NPV/IRR/Payback) et conduire les PIR (post-implementation reviews),

Be the finance co-pilot to the Plant Manager: explain performance, drive competitiveness, optimize cash (Capex & inventory), secure compliance and support transformation projects.
