Rotating days off and weekends required.

Deine Aufgaben:
* Plane kundenspezifische Lösungen im Bereich der Niederspannung und lerne dabei unser Produktportfolio von ABN by Schneider Electric kennen.
* Unterstütze Dein Team, indem Du Dich bei der Konfiguration und technischen Planung von elektrischen Haupt- und Unterverteilungen oder Zähler- und Mess-Wandler-Anlagen einbringst.
* Die Ausarbeitung von Kalkulationen, wie auch der Abgleich von Spezifikationen mit den Technischen Anschlussbedingungen erwarten Dich im Tendering.
* Der telefonische Kontakt und Support unserer Kunden gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich.
* Mit Deinem Organisationsgeschick hilfst Du uns außerdem bei der termingebundenen Projektarbeit.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage relationship and ownership of a group of E&C End Users, local and International EPC's - Mainly at Gulf Cluster level using a solution sales approach to meet sales objectives.
* Responsible for selling integrated solutions (that bring together both hardware and software products) to achieve revenue/sales targets.
Involved in the direct sales process by managing new and existing accounts of regional, national, or strategic significance.
* Serves as a key point of contact between the client and the organization.
* Informs clients of new integrated solutions offerings and recommends integrated solutions that suit client's business' needs.
* Coordinates the preparation of bids documents and proposals.
* May conduct product demonstrations.
Eg of integrated solutions - networking and systems integrations, hardware and software system support, etc.
* Grow profitable sales within the Power Systems accounts by securing order targets and maximizing direct (& indirect) revenue.
* Work closely with our accounts for relationship building & gain a thorough understanding of their needs for the full suite of our different offers.
* Lead a strong pipeline built up for business & continuous monitor in SE system (BfO).
* Demonstrate offers expertise and conduct product/solution demonstrations & discussions to the accounts.
* Work closely with the Offer managers, Area Sales Managers & inside sales to close leads.
* Work with the Offer manager to monitor market changes and marketplace needs, competitor's products, and technology changes in order to adjust strategic directions as necessary.
Qualifications:
* Education preferred: Electrical Engineering degree.
* 10+ years of experience in projects and systems sales.
* Good understanding of the client's problems, technology and industry-specific knowledge is preferred.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as negotiation and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
