Work You'll Do

As a PROJECT - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation performing as Trainer on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will be responsible for...


* Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.


* Design, develop, and present cyber defense training objectives, curricula, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, course outlines, and other course materials utilizing instructional design models.


* Create and present technical lab scenarios to provide hands-on learning that simulates real-world cyber threats.


* Tailor training to space mission systems/operations and associated key cyber terrain.


* Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure engagement.


* Improve existing course content to ensure it remains current and effective.


* Creating new hands-on exercises replicating realistic threats and operational conditions


* Consulting stakeholders to define learning objectives, delivery methods, training approach, and success criteria


* Collaborating with subject-matter experts


* Ensuring the supporting training range is accurate and effective


* Facilitating labs, discussions, and assessments


* Using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to create training materials.
