Be part of our talented team and start soaring to new heights! JOB SUMMARY Manages individual programs/projects throughout the life cycle, from concept development through development of customer-specific proposals and development, and ultimately through full rate production.

Responsible for cost, schedule, and quality of a customer or internally funded project.

Acts as the customer primary point of contact and must have excellent technical management and communications skills.

Has matrixed resources that indirectly report and have functional responsibilities that include but may not be limited to engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

Identifies potential risks and implements plans with actions to ensure successful program completion.
