We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our community committed to delivering outstanding care to our residents.

What you'll do:


* Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing care regulations.


* Plan, organize, and lead nursing personnel in providing quality care.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to execute elder care policies.


* Conduct rounds for assessment, care completion, and evaluations.


* Administer prescribed treatments, including injections and testing.


* Ensure adherence to individual service plans and provide necessary care.


* Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation.

What you'll bring:


* High School diploma or GED.


* Current Texas Registered Nurse License.


* Current CPR Certification.


* Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.


* Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control.


* Requires proficient ability to speak, read and write English.


* A friendly attitude and a servant's heart.
