WRESTLING COACH- VALLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL

Valley Middle School is seeking qualified candidates for a Middle School Wrestling Coach position.

Candidates should have coaching and/or competitive wrestling experience, a passion for the sport, and the ability to develop engaging and challenging practices.

The coach will be responsible for planning and leading practices, developing competition strategies, and promoting individual and team improvement.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while building positive and meaningful relationships with student-athletes.

The coach is expected to foster an inclusive team environment that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability, and respect.

Responsibilities include coordinating practices and meets, maintaining team records and equipment, and communicating regularly with student-athletes, families, and school administration.

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the academic, athletic, and personal growth of middle school students while supporting Valley Middle Schools mission, vision, and expectations.

Previous coaching experience is preferred, and successful candidates must meet district requirements, including passing a background check.
