Technical Support Intern - Industrial Automation (Apodaca, N.L.)

What qualifications will make you successful?

Required Qualifications


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, graduting in December 2027 or later.


* Knowledge of electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and control diagrams


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams


* Fluent English communication skills


* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


* Ability to work effectively in a team environment


* Customer-focused mindset


* Interest in technical support, troubleshooting, and hands-on activities


* Eagerness to learn and strong technical curiosity


* Openness to collaborating with multicultural and global teams


* Availability to work in a hybrid model and commute to the office located near the airport area of Apodaca, Nuevo León

Preferred Qualifications


* Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleansing


* Previous experience in customer service-related activities


* Experience documenting processes and procedures


* Prior exposure to technical support and troubleshooting activities



*Graduation Date: December 2027 or later - MUST



*Intermediate to advanced level of English
