About Your Role The Mining Product Specialist serves as the company's primary technical authority for mining applications, providing expert guidance on haul roads, dust control, water management, and surface stabilization solutions that help customers improve operational performance, safety, and environmental compliance.

The role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and Technical Services teams to support customer engagement, solution development, and product adoption across mining markets.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the Mining Product Specialist conducts site evaluations, delivers technical presentations, supports product trials, and provides application expertise that helps customers make informed decisions and supports successful commercial outcomes.

Although the position does not carry direct sales responsibility or revenue quotas, it plays a critical role in supporting business growth through technical consultation and industry expertise.

The Mining Product Specialist also serves as the voice of the customer, gathering field insights, market intelligence, and customer feedback to inform product innovation, strategic planning, and continuous improvement efforts.

Mining Industry Expertise & Technical Consultation Serve as the subject matter expert for mining applications, operational practices, and industry trends across surface and underground mining environments.
