* Salary/Pay Rate: $87,000 - $105,000+ a year depending on experience


* Location: Flowood, Mississippi (projects mainly across central Mississippi, some in surrounding states)


* Job/Employment Type: Full-Time


* Schedule: Monday – Friday (Standard business hours, 40 hours per week, occasional overtime)


* Project Scope: Commercial & Industrial Construction ($500,000 to $25 million)


* Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License

The Opportunity

You will serve as a key field leader driving the successful execution of high-impact commercial and light industrial design-build projects.

This role empowers you to direct site operations, manage sub-contractors, and enforce buildable quality standards from groundbreaking to project completion.

You will collaborate directly with our internal design, estimating, and project management teams in a supportive, family-owned culture that has thrived for nearly 60 years.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Oversee day-to-day field operations, sub-contractors, and site personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.


* Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all work aligns with architectural plans, structural specifications, and local building codes.


* Maintain daily field reports, site logs, and safety documentation to ensure complete project transparency.


* Resolve real-time constructability challenges and field conditions in direct coordination with architects, detailers, and project managers.


* Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment scheduling to maintain uninterrupted project momentum.


* Lead regular job site safety meetings and enforce job site safety practices across all trade partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven leadership experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial or light industrial construction projects.


* Strong ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings, structural plans, and project schedules.


* Demonstrated experience managing sub-contractors, job site logistics, and trade coordination.


* Excellent communication and leadership skills required to direct field teams and interface with clients.


* Valid Driver's License and willingness to manage job sites across Mississippi and surrounding regions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Prior experience with design-build delivery methods and pre-engineered metal building projects.


* Working knowledge of safety and OSHA compliance standards.


* Proficiency with mobile project management tools and digital drawing review platforms.
