Job Summary
As part of the diversified CRH Americas, CRH plc, Americas Finance is currently recruiting for the position of Sr.
FP&A Analyst.
This role will work within the CRH Americas FP&A team based in Atlanta, GA.
The successful candidate will be tasked with various duties including management/financial reporting, data analytics, and ad-hoc analysis to support the CRH Americas leadership team.This role interacts with the corporate parent and operating businesses regularly with a focus on high-quality reporting as well as process improvement.
This role specifically supports the Cementitious Sourcing Office by building detailed pricing reports from data lakes and ERP systems, and by maintaining databases that track cementitious product consumption across CRH Americas' downstream businesses.
Large scale data management and analysis is critical for this role.
The role also will support an EPM project to deliver improvements to meet business needs.
This part of the role will require project management, collaboration, and execution skills to deliver the necessary improvements on time and in budget.

This is a hybrid position located in the corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA
Job Responsibilities
Duties for CSO
* Pull and consolidate commercial ticket/invoice data from multiple source ERPs and/or data lakes.
* Reconcile every aggregate figure in a report back to its underlying ticket-level rows on request, including exact customer, plant, product, delivery terms, and dollar amounts.
* Create a detailed pricing report, by market, customer type, delivery method, and product, built from invoicing level.
* Develop the pricing report into a dashboard.
* Build a dashboard to track vertical integration (VI) levels.
* Gather and maintain a database of cementitious product purchases across CRH Americas.
* Maintain data on a monthly basis and improve reporting on an ongoing basis (including automation)
EPM duties
* Manage EPM improvement project - coordinating with external providers and across internal teams to identify necessary improvements for EPM functionality to meet business needs
* Implement EPM improvement project in collaboration with the project team on time and within budget
* Develop framework for continuous improvement of EPM tools, and provide ongoing support as needed
