Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Procurement Operations Analyst, located in Manila, Philippines.

The Procurement Operations Analyst supports the execution of procurement programs, processes, and operational activities that help ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services across the business.

This role partners with procurement colleagues and internal stakeholders to support category strategies, process improvements, supplier-related activities, and data-driven decision making.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop procurement expertise while contributing to operational excellence and business performance. 

Key Responsibilities


* Support procurement projects, programs, and operational processes aligned with business and category strategies. 



* Apply foundational procurement knowledge to execute procedures, plans, and day-to-day activities. 



* Assist with implementing procurement initiatives and continuous improvement programs under guidance from senior team members. 



* Contribute to project deliverables and operational activities supporting procurement objectives. 



* Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and support procurement decision making. 



* Participate in the communication and implementation of procurement-related business goals and improvements. 



* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support procurement solutions. 



* Monitor procurement activities and support alignment with service, quality, reliability, innovation, and growth objectives. 



* Uphold the Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions and activities. 

Qualifications & Education

Required:


* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
