The Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support DePuy Synthes' business growth across the region.

This role manages end‑to‑end recruitment activities, partners closely with hiring managers, and delivers a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities


* Manage full‑cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.



* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.



* Source and engage candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.



* Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.



* Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.



* Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation in applicant tracking systems.



* Track and report on recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement and transparency.

* Utilize recruiting systems, technologies, and digital tools to enable efficient hiring processes, strengthen data quality, and improve hiring manager and candidate experiences.
