Technical Support Engineering Intern

What will you do:


* Collaborate with the team on open customer cases / potential product defects.


* Participate in brainstorming sessions and presenting your ideas


* Support Global Customer Support with evaluating customer reported issues.


* Set up Safety Systems for hardware/firmware evaluation, or virtual environments for PC software evaluation.


* Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager

What qualifications will make you successful:


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with interest in Control Systems/Automation.

Must graduate August 2027 or later


* Strong communication and collaboration skills


* Familiarity with lab equipment; DMM, Oscilloscope


* Problem Solving, Troubleshooting, Reporting


* Basic Control system design, basic understanding on serial and Ethernet networking/communications.


* Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.

based position, the expected pay range is USD 23.00 - USD 27.50 per hour.
