We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Scientist to join the Discovery Immunology group to help advance innovative therapeutics for autoimmune diseases in La Jolla, CA.

This lab-based role offers the opportunity to shape discovery strategy and influence program decisions from target validation through drug candidate progression.

Responsibilities are as follows:


* Independently design, execute, analyze, and interpret complex biological studies that inform target validation, mechanism of action, and program progression.


* Own the scientific quality, timely delivery, and documentation of research results.


* Synthesize literature and data, communicate clear recommendations, and influence decisions with project teams and management.


* Provide technical guidance and scientific mentorship to colleagues; partner across functions to advance program objectives.


* Contribute, as appropriate, to abstracts/posters, publications, technical reports, and patent applications.
