Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour

All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team on a Full-Time basis.

As a CNA, you will play an important role in providing hands-on care and support to our residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities


* Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living


* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Take and document vital signs as directed


* Assist with meals and hydration


* Reposition and transfer residents safely


* Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Follow infection-control and facility safety procedures


* Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications


* Current California CNA certification


* Prior skilled nursing or sub-acute experience preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented


* Ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
