* High School or GED

Basic Qualification:


* Five years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment:


* Two years' experience in a role with leadership responsibility.

Basic Skills:


* Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance program;


* Proficient with Microsoft excel and Word;


* Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing;
