Social Value Executive

Specific Accountabilities:



* Embed and champion social value across the organisation by supporting delivery of corporate commitments, driving best practice and continuous improvement internally and across the supply chain, and contributing to organisation-wide initiatives and programmes.


* Build strong internal and external relationships to enable teams to deliver meaningful social value outcomes aligned with corporate priorities and local community needs.


* Support volunteering, inclusive employment, wellbeing and education initiatives by coordinating employee volunteering, working with HR and recruitment on diverse hiring and community partnerships, contributing to wellbeing activity, and supporting programmes that enable future employment opportunities.


* Collect, assure and report social value data across the business by maintaining robust monitoring frameworks, contributing to organisational reporting, and sharing learning and opportunities for continuous improvement.


* Work collaboratively to develop social value strategy, tools, guidance and training, support communications and operational delivery, and share insight by staying informed on relevant legislation, policy and best practice.

Qualifications & Experience



* Experience of working in social value, CSR, community engagement or a related area.


* Experience of stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.


* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.


* Confident using IT systems for data collection, monitoring and reporting.


* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
