Senior Engineer I, Industrialization Assembly Process

We are looking for a Manufacturing/Industrialization Engineer with 5+ years of experience in assembly manufacturing environments.

This role will support new product industrialization, assembly line development, tooling and equipment implementation, process optimization, and manufacturing readiness activities.

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing processes, PFMEA/AMEF, work instructions, and production line development, with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
What will you do?


* Support new product industrialization and assembly process development.


* Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, and PFMEA/AMEF documentation.


* Define and support qualification of manufacturing equipment and tooling.


* Assist in production transfers, localization, and capacity expansion projects.


* Design and improve manufacturing layouts and assembly line architecture.


* Support process automation initiatives and equipment implementation.


* Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.


* Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.


* Travel up to 50-70% across North America and other global sites.

Requirements


* Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.


* 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.


* Experience developing assembly lines, manufacturing processes, or tooling.


* Knowledge of PFMEA/AMEF and work instruction creation.


* Basic to intermediate understanding of automation and PLCs.


* Experience with manufacturing process and layout design.


* Advanced English.


* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Preferred


* Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).


* Experience with Design to Cost initiatives.


* Knowledge of Health & Safety standards.


* Experience working with global manufacturing teams.
